SNOW "BLIZZARD" 2010!!!
Listen to my words and be on your guard for "Snowmageddon" cometh unto Alabama in the wee hours of night....He that goeth unto all the supermarkets and buyeth all the bread and milk is foolish...for man doth not live on milk and bread alone...instead go ye and buy multi-colored and flavored syrups and paper cone cups so that ye might make sno-cones...

Hunka Hunka Burnin' Love
Boy does Mom know how to throw a theme party! She threw a Valentine's Elvis party this last weekend and it was rockin'.
Mom, you probably have better pics, but here are some of mine:
All of us posing as Elvis and Priscilla. It's pretty lifelike, I think.
We had some delicious old fashioned malts.
I was impressed with Mom's knowledge of Elvis lyrics!
and with Dad's Elvis-like moves!

The meal was Italian, but still included sweet tea and Fried Chicken, as any vintage Southern woman would never show up at a meal without bringing a dish. My grandmother had to stop at KFC on the way from her Assisted Living apartment to pick up fried chicken!! Miss Independent!
