GRANT AND JON ARE BOTH "THE MAN" TODAY!

It's a big Friday for our guys:

Grant finished his Clerkship at Bradley, Arant today after working on THREE (3) projects at one time this week!!

AND....

Jon and his youth group finished up the Mission Camp after working for a week in the blazing, humid New Orleans heat!

Thank God for taking care of our guys!!

SATURDAY NIGHT: DATE NIGHT

WE SAW SHE & HIM, thanks to Grant and Brooke!!

It was a fun night full of cheerio, happy music - yep, we even danced a little!

CHRIS JAMES ROCKS!! This is the guy who taught Brooke to play guitar -- FOR FREE! God Bless Him!

IT'S ALMOST OVER

We've almost gotten all the "Goodie" out of this year's garden.  It's between our house and Mom

and Dad's, and it's brought us together.  It's made us work together, talk

about old times, both when my mom was growing up in Moundville

and when we were young, working in Pawpaw's garden.

We've made a new summer tradition of eating meat only every

other day in the summertime.  On the alternate days, we

only eat fresh veges and yummy cornbread.  Tony had become quite the

"squash specialist".  Makes the best fresh squash I've ever had!

We've also stored some away for winter.

Yep.  It's almost over, so we're enjoying it while we can!
